Our Founder Sophie has been on the health/wellbeing journey since the age of 18 when she was first prescribed medication for insomnia, anxiety and gut issues. Sophie soon realised that taking medication was not a sustainable approach and started to question the preventative aspect of allopathic medicine, our food system, mental wellbeing and the rest! She went on a journey of trying everything under the umbrella they call health, exercising, various diets, fasting protocols, wellness retreats and holistic nutrition study. This flowed in to deep spiritual and personal growth which lead her to the mountains of California, where she lived off grid growing medicinal cannabis for a few years. Immersed in nature, growing everything and going 'back to our roots' never left Sophie. So when she returned to Jersey she decided to share that passion with the community by setting up The Bom Life Company. This started in 2021, but ceased trading at the start of 2023. This was a similar store, but for various reasons, life, baby etc, this company was closed down. 

However, we are back and we are upping our game. We want better quality products, a cleaner look and a clearer message. The same passion, but with more knowledge and clarity.

The brands we stock are really 'doing it right' and we feel by opting for conscious consumption it is a step in the right direction for future generations. It is our passion to feel good in this sacred body we are gifted and to do so by being responsible in where/how/what we consume.
