Our ‘New Beginnings’ workshop focuses on what you are ready to bring into your life and choosing that consciously. Through guided reflection, practical exercises and meditation practice, we explore how intention begins within before it becomes action in the world.
The Aries New Moon marks the beginning of the astrological year and the arrival of spring. It represents the spark of initiation and an opportunity to plant a seed for something new.
Modern neuroscience shows that attention and intention influence how our brains form new patterns, which is why the inner work we do here has real effects in the way we attract what we want in life. You will identify what you want to create and physically plant the seed of that intention in a small ritual designed to anchor the process.
